We are currently looking for motivated
PLM Sales and Solutions Consultants to complement
our successful sales and solutions consulting team.
Job Description
Sales and consulting position in the fast
growing PLM market. Opportunity to learn proven sales skills
and methodologies from our experienced sales leaders.
Excellent on-target earnings and overall compensation.
Activities:
Sell Metafore products and services to
prospective and existing customers in the assigned
territory.
Define annual sales targets and strategies
in close cooperation with sales leadership.
Research target industries and companies and
define industry and account specific sales plans.
Develop assigned sales territory as well as
specific sales opportunities in new and existing accounts.
Interact and develop relationships with
potential buyers on all corporate levels, including C-level
executives, VPs, directors, managers and associates.
Determine customer needs and business
requirements and and develop and propose appropriate solutions.
Organize and lead seminars and workshops for
existing and prospective customers.
Opportunity to assume a management position
in our sales team, if qualified

Position Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable interacting and working with C-level executives
as well as engineers and designers.
Excellent analytical skills: Ability to
understand customer needs and requirements and translate
those into practical PLM solution offerings.
Good understanding of the product
development process at manufacturing companies.
BS or MS degree in engineering, computer
science or closely related discipline.
At least 2 years of practical job experience
in sales or engineering.
Must be willing to travel within the US.
Must be able to legally work in the US
(citizen, Green Card, work permit).
